The Workforce Development Center’s Employer Relations Team provides a single point of contact to assist employers in recruitment, training and retaining workers by:
* Recruiting qualified applicants locally and statewide
* Assessment and training of new and existing employees
* Assistance with Human Resource issues
* Labor Market Information
* Providing assistance with job descriptions
The Employer Relations
Team assists area employers to utilize the numerous resources
available at the Workforce Development Center in your
area. Easily accessible facilities are available for recruitment
activities, including on-site recruiting, interviewing, job fairs,
testing, company orientations, training,
and employee relation functions.
The
center’s extensive resource room provides employers and job
seekers one-stop access to personal computers, the internet,
phones, fax machines, copy machines,
and a wealth of other employment resources.
To
further assist employers, the center has several private rooms
available
for one-on-one interviewing.
