Short Summary
(Statewide information and referral to low-income community health, social, and mental health services, immediate care health services, pregnancy and reproductive health services. Emphasis is on prevention-based reproductive health programs to reduce unintended pregnancies and assist in planning for healh pregnancies.)

Description
Free, confidential statewide helpline sponsored by the Oregon Health Division and the Office of Medical Assistance Programs. Targets women, children and teens. Assists Oregonians in finding health care and public services as well as provides information about eligibility to food stamps, Oregon Health Plan, and other low-cost health insurance options.

NOTE:
Info and referral to pregnancy and reproductive health services; seasonal information about flu shots and summer food sites; WIC, car seat, and parenting resources; childhood and travel immunizations; emergency dental referral ; tracks and documents services gaps; provides advocacy to ensure that clients statewide have access to available services.
