| Statewide
umbrella advocacy group devoted to the mobilization of communities
to make them responsible for decision-making, planning,fiscal
management and grant making. Commission programs include: CASA,
Great Start, Youth Conservation Corps, Juvenile Justice and
Delinquency Prevention, Health Start, Children's Trust Fund,
Juvenile Services, Student Retention Initiative, Child Care
and Development Block Grant. |
