| LBMS provides alternative forms ofdispute resolution for community
and court-referred cases such as neighbor-to-neighbor, property
disputes, small claims, manufactured dwelling disputes, family
conflicts, juveniles and adult offenders and their victims,
parent and adolescents in conflict. No one is turned away for inability to
pay. |
We also offer a large variety of trainings to both mediators and
the public, in conflict managment, parenting, mediator training, and advanced
training.

| Description |
Linn-Benton Mediation Services (LBMS), formed in 1985, is a private,
non-profit organization that provides alternative dispute resolution to residents
of Linn and Benton Counties. Our agency offers a place where people
can come together with a trained mediator in a safe and neutral environment
and talk about solutions to their conflict. Linn-Benton Mediations
Services is funded in part by the United Way of Linn County.
