area. F.A.C.T. works in partnership with the local schools to

| Description |
| Services
include Albany Youth Services Team: Albany YST brings social
services and law enforcement together at the community level
for planning interventions and/or treatment for youth with multiple
needs. FACT coordinates these efforts as well as offering case
management to student and family involved. Crisis Response Team:
FACT provides coordination of our district's Crisis Network.
A network of trained staff provides assistance to GAPS (Greater
Albany Public Schools) and inter-district schools in the aftermath
of the loss of a student(s), staff member(s), or other tragic
event. |
