Description
SCF is committed to: Protect children who are the victims of abuse and neglect. Strengthen families to help keep them together. Provide quality foster care. Ensure permanent families when necessary for the safety and protection of children. Employ highly competent staff and provide excellent customer service. When a child becomes a ward of the state through protective or voluntary custody, the State Services to Children and Families becomes the child's "parent" and guardian.
